MI ESTANCIA – Leather

We carry out the first stages of the industrialization process of leather, one of the main subprodcuts of meat industrialization.

Classification:

1- By cattle category.

2- By weight: light, semi-light and heavy.

Thus, each category, according to its classification, is placed in hermetic pools, in which it is kept in brine during a period of 10 to 15 days (according to its thickness) so as to obtain the necessary liberation of agents which might alter its quality.

Once the product is protected, it is stored until the next process. In the following stages, we hold agreements with various local and international tanneries in order to industrialize it according to requirements, such as Carpet, wet blue or salt-cured delivery only.
